STORM BRINGER by S.M. Gaither - review

September 19, 2019

Publication Date: July 2019

Publisher: SM Gaither

Genre: YA Fantasy Adventure

I have been thoroughly enjoying the adventure that is The Drowning Empire series this month. And this third and final volume in that series is the best of the trilogy! All of the characters—Aven, Kai/West, Adrian, and others—are driven to the brink, made to the face true and ultimate disaster. Every page is a thrill, and the hard-one resolution a relief when it comes. But there’s also sorrow in that relief . . . sorrow that this adventure has come to its end.

I’ve said it already, but S.M. Gaither did an amazing job bringing her world vividly to life. This is a perfect example of the kick-butt heroine fantasy I enjoy, with original magic, endearing characters, and a writing style that is compulsively read-able. I hope all of you will give it a try!

And on that note . . . DON’T MISS my Author of the Month Giveaway! I’m offering a chance for one of you to win the Kindle box set of this trilogy. Be sure to enter your name, because this is an adventure you don’t want to miss!
